“Packaging left a lot to be desired. 2 bulbs squashed in too small a box resulting in one of the bulbs being broken. When I contacted Customer Services I thought they were rude and unhelpful. I got an email back which almost insinuated that I had broken the bulb. They wanted the damaged bulb sent back in the original packaging at my expense.”

We were then informed that you wished to return the item, therefore we organised a collection for the item to be returned. This item was refunded once it was returned to us.
