“I am very peased with the Snuggle Puppy that I purchased . However , very disappointed to find out that it would appear that I cannot purchasr replacement heat packs for it anywhere in the UK !
They are available but it seems only from the USA - the postage is prohibitively expensive . So I cannot replace the heat pack .

“I bought a dog carrier for my dog. I was pleased with the quality of materials and design. However assembly was not as easy as stipulated. There was only 2 thngs to connect manually to make the product sturdy by slotting the pipes construction together with a spring loaded system. One side was a bit difficult to align but the 2nd side took me around 45 minutes with much adjustment to the material at the corners to enable full insertion. However once I completred this I am happy with the product.”

“I ordered a fabric crate for new puppy. Very good website and the customer service team were excellent when I realised Inhad ordered the wrong size. Item was refunded prior to shipping so I could order correct item. The delivery constrainsts set by Hugglepets were an issue. No safe place, no deliver to neighbour and no collection so I had to personally wait in until 7pm when the crate was delivered. No delivery time is given. The carrier offers all the above options but Hugglepets insist on person delivery only. I am very pleased with the crate. It is excellent quality and well priced”
