Packaging left a lot to be desired. 2 bulbs squashed in too small a box resulting in one of the bulbs being broken. When I contacted Customer Services I thought they were rude and unhelpful. I got an email back which almost insinuated that I had broken the bulb. They wanted the damaged bulb sent back in the original packaging at my expense.
