Have to purchase from online suppliers previously - and transport of frozen goods doesnt come cheap - usually shipping is more than the cost of the goods.
Anyway, did click'n'collect - received a quick notification of the readiness to collect.
Visited the shop - a wonderful place that caters for all sorts of pets - reptiles, fish, etc - and like a mini-zoo so spent some time just looking at the various stocks...
Shop itself bright and clean, uncluttered and well laid out into 'areas' .

“I am very peased with the Snuggle Puppy that I purchased . However , very disappointed to find out that it would appear that I cannot purchasr replacement heat packs for it anywhere in the UK !
They are available but it seems only from the USA - the postage is prohibitively expensive . So I cannot replace the heat pack .
Did not expect that from a quite expensive item .”
