Arrived very quickly. The delivery driver did place the tank down on its side though. Haven’t set it up yet because I’m waiting for another company to deliver the cabinet because Huggle didn’t offer delivery on the one I wanted.

I purchased the micro climate B1 dimmer stat. Unfortunately it was overpriced but I thought I'd get it anyways. Negatives : Its over 5'c out in temp.. Which is a massive difference with reptiles.. I've measured the device output with 2 separate thermometers too and I varied locations within set up... I would save your money and add a few pounds extra to get another stat with the night drop added.. Not worth the money ☹️

Wasn't impressed with these bones they said jumbo and were definitely not have purchased the jumbo from a pet shop and twice the size of one's I received nowhere near as big as the picture used

Huggles were good but they use Yodel to deliver and I'm still waiting so only 3 stars because of your choice of courier.

The fabric dog crate lasted our puppy about 3 car trips before he bit through it.

Quick delivery of dog kennel, however it was broken when arrived. Used website to “contact” and had nothing back! Luckily my husbands handy so we can make do and use the kennel but doesn’t seem to be another way of contacting the company other than this “contact” page and I guess they can ignore you if they so wish! Disappointed

Speed of delivery and communication was good unfortunately the size small of the harness I purchased is much larger than the previous which was the same brand and model

Ordering and fulfilment would have been great had Hugglepets not chosen to use Yodel as their logistics partner and stipulated that they get a signature. Yodel havexappalling customer service and won't do anything unless you download their app. It took three attempts to get dog steps delivered. Hugglepets customer service did not read or comprehend messages. All this hassle and the dog won't use the steps as they are not deep enough for a big dog so I've given them away.

Free delivery over £39 says the website but a delivery charge went onto my payment and I couldn't remove it, so I telephoned and got a very rude response which was, "You don't have to oder from us" - appalling! However my item arrived very promptly directly from the supplier (presumably why there was a charge - but that's not said anywhere on the website). The Catit cat carrier took a lot of assembling and wasn't as good as other products I've had from them - it doesn't slot together perfectly but hope it's enough for use. Would I use HugglePets again? Maybe because the prices are competitive but I wouldn't want to deal with one of their people until they put them through customer service training.

Great products and prices were fair. However, the website indicated delivery was free over £39 with an asterisk that restrictions apply. When I tried to order to central London, I saw there was a delivery fee, so I clicked on it and there was no information about what the restrictions were. There was nothing, so I called and asked. The agent also didn't know. If there are restrictions to central London, perhaps they shouldn't advertise free delivery over £39? The other issue I had was that there was no email with my order information provided. I input the wrong address (my fault), but didn't catch it because there was no email sent with my order details.

Ordered 3 filters but only two arrived sent an email but not sure if they will sort it out Shame as they have good prices will I use them again if they sort this out yes Time will tell

Fast service but returning items isn’t as good and not as fast. Don’t even have a returns label for packages.
