“Not great atall i ordered an item on your web site which i found a bit confusing of what your ordering i wanted a viviruim with the cabinet an believed it was a compleat item i was ordering for £121.99 but not realising what was ordered was just the bottom unit..I thought bits was missing i contacted hughle pets to say there is no glass to be told they will send another complete out and keep the first one as spare then i got a call again stating i only ordered the bottom unit.
I said well illl just return it as its not what i expected but they refuse to send me a return label an want me to pay returns my self knowing its going to cost quite a bit via royal mail..
I'm not a happy customer its the first time ordering from hughie pet an i surly wouldn't order from them again”
