“Extremely disappointed with the customer service response after I contacted them about their Fabric Crate Foldable Pet Carrier - I have posted separate review of the product but in summary my two small cats chewed through the mesh halfway through my 5 minute journey to the vets. The zip at the other at the other end also broke apart so I had both cats loose in the car when I arrived at the vets. The response from Huggle pets was 'As this has been confirmed to be damaged in use, we are unable to act further on the matter as this would not be covered under any warranty' They also said 'No pet product is indestructible. These particular items are constructed with mesh panelling and will, of course, be damaged if the material is clawed at.'
Fair enough it may not be indestructible but I would have expected it to last longer than 2 minutes!
I can see through other reviews of the product that this had happened before but clearly Huggle pets are not interested in feedback in or resolving issues.
I would strongly recommend not doing business with them.”
