“Always a problem with huggle pets, they sent 30kg of cat litter in the same box on top of the litter tray in a thin cardboard box so what happens the litter tray is cracked. I then contact them for them to ask me to send photos which I did. And they then said that I have to send the litter tray back with a note to say what was wrong. So I have to now go out of my way to pay for a new cardboard box and travel to send back the broken litter tray that was broken clearly due to there incompetence”

“Ordering and fulfilment would have been great had Hugglepets not chosen to use Yodel as their logistics partner and stipulated that they get a signature. Yodel havexappalling customer service and won't do anything unless you download their app. It took three attempts to get dog steps delivered. Hugglepets customer service did not read or comprehend messages. All this hassle and the dog won't use the steps as they are not deep enough for a big dog so I've given them away.”
