“Ordering from Huggle pets was nice and easy, my parcel was dispatched quickly. I had a bit of a problem with yodel delivering the parcel on time though. The product was good but it was just too small for my hamster and the water bottle leaked so I sent my item back. It was easy to return the item. I had no problem with HugglePets it was just yodel and then the product being too small.”

“Paid for 24 hour delivery didn’t receive the item had to contact both them and the delivery company …. Told different things from both…the girl at hugglepets was argumentative and despite me telling her the factual information she didn’t seem to bothered…I know where I won’t be spending my money in future”

As your order was shipped from us on a 24-hour service, the same day your order was placed, when you informed us that your item had not arrived, we informed you that if you did not receive your item within the time frame you would be refunded for the shipping costs.
