“Great products and prices were fair. However, the website indicated delivery was free over £39 with an asterisk that restrictions apply. When I tried to order to central London, I saw there was a delivery fee, so I clicked on it and there was no information about what the restrictions were. There was nothing, so I called and asked. The agent also didn't know. If there are restrictions to central London, perhaps they shouldn't advertise free delivery over £39?
The other issue I had was that there was no email with my order information provided. I input the wrong address (my fault), but didn't catch it because there was no email sent with my order details.”

“My 2 Cockapoos are very fussy eaters and one has a problem with itchy ears and skin so I have to be very careful with their food. They have to have grain free without chicken and it’s very difficult to find a good quality food that ticks all the boxes and that they will actually eat. I tried Skye and Murphy Salmon flavour and they absolutely love it. They go to their bowls straight away and eat every last bit. They had no tummy issues whatsoever and their coats are lovely and soft and shiny after being on the food for a month. Very happy customers!”
“Very disappointed in follow up after I had to complain about faulty goods. Despite my requesting a partial replacement of the faulty part, I was offered a small monetary refund and the suggestion that I repair myself, along with the implication that I allowed the fault to be caused by my animal. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.”
