“NEVER AGAIN. The worst customer service ever. They simply do not care whether the customer has received the product or not?!? As long as it is left on the drive by the delivery driver they do not want to know, despite assuring on the website that a picture in open doorway or signature are required. 2 missing items and I am out of pocket through no fault of mine.”

“Delivery was quick the dog crate is good quality are dog is happy in it , didn’t receive the tugger toy with my order so I was disappointed with that phoned up it was supposed to of been sent with order but it never came anyway lady I spoke to said 1 would be sent out when more come in stock ,or I could have the refund I said still wanted the tugger so still waiting for that , if I would of got my whole order I would of gave 5 stars”

“Free delivery over £39 says the website but a delivery charge went onto my payment and I couldn't remove it, so I telephoned and got a very rude response which was, "You don't have to oder from us" - appalling!
However my item arrived very promptly directly from the supplier (presumably why there was a charge - but that's not said anywhere on the website).
The Catit cat carrier took a lot of assembling and wasn't as good as other products I've had from them - it doesn't slot together perfectly but hope it's enough for use.
Would I use HugglePets again? Maybe because the prices are competitive but I wouldn't want to deal with one of their people until they put them through customer service training.”

“I cannot fault hugglepets, I rescued two baby guinea pigs that we're going to be abandoned. Ordered the basics cage etc paid for express shipping and received the next day which was amazing and just what I needed for the two baby guinea pigs to feel comfortable and start feeling settled in their forever home . I will be back to purchase many more things over time.
