“The order was due to be delivered by Yodel on Thursday, I waited in but it did not arrive so I contacted them and was told the driver could not find my address and advised to divert the delivery to a collection point for delivery on Monday email confirmation was recieved. When that did not happen I phoned Huggles and was told Yodel had returned the parcel to them as I had moved address. I was also told that the item was no longer in stock despite it being returned. I, therefore, ordered from a different supplier and it was delivered at 0900 this morning three days after ordering.”

“Ordered a couple of times from Hugglepets, we get the paste tubes. This time one of the tubes burst open and was unusable so I contacted customer service, they have been really quick getting back to me and have offered a replacement. This has been a life saver as we use the paste for medications that would otherwise be impossible to administer as my Chihuahua is VERY very fussy.”

“Can't recommend HugglePets enough! Ordered the Skye and Murphy dog food for my Frenchie and Schnoodle and they both couldn't get enough of it! Struggled to find kibble that both my dogs would eat (and enjoy!) in the past and this brand is the only one to do just that. Quick delivery as well, so will definitely be ordering again!”
