“Deliveries always reliable. Invoicing not so good as the system used cannot be opened first time. Not sure Re. price as I haven't compared recently.”

Hi Mr Boyle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a reviews. All of our invoices are all PDF documents generated by our software but we have been informed by our IT team that some of our customers have settings which make the document appear as a windatt file or the email arrives with no attachment. I understand it has something to do with the text rich or HTML format of the message received. As this is happening please just reply to the invoice email and hopefully we will be able to resend the email direct from our mail box and you'll have what you need.
