“Tom seems like a genius nice person. At a time where I was close to crisis, Tom was genuinely concerned and was very happy to listen and offer some excellent advice. My knowledge of cars is minimal to say the least and having someone who could have offered the minimum, offered me the most help I've experienced all day, nothing seemed too much, even when I started to cry. Tom is an amazing asset to you and would like him to receive some sort of accommodation for his wonderful help. Thank you Tom.”
