“I spoke to one of ur collages can’t remember his name, but he was very polite point me in the right direction and helped me a lot on the things I didn't quite understand I thank him a lot for the help that was needed”

“When I first reported my case the woman who took all the details etc was useless, she was going to put a victim of crime case down as my own fault. Upon ringing today I spoke to a gentleman who sorted everything properly and quickly. Hats off to the man”

“Had a very helpful and useful conversation with Tom where he clarified issues that had left me confused and unhappy during a previous conversation. Very understanding of claimants being less than happy to be going through process without being condescending.”

“All seems to be okay so far. Both people I spoke to were very helpful. Especially Thomas who put my mind at ease. However, this is just the start and I hope the service continues throughout my claim. I cannot comment on overall performance, as the claim has not been finalised.”

“this company is 100% awful. They dupilcate claims on your policy affecting your renewal price then its a problem for they to take it off. rubbish company. worse customer service, not heplfull at all. they all push you from adviser to adviser none of them that can acutally help. AVOID.COM”
