“the call handler Chloe was very polite, considerate, and informative. Chloe advised of the process i had to follow and at all times asked if i needed any explanations and or if i had any questions. it was a difficult time as i was still in shock following my accident less than an hour previously. the only thing that was frustrating is that i hadto go from one agency to the other and i found myself repeaing the same answers throughout with the other agencies which can be confusing as well remembering what i had to do next, and who with, it would be a lot easier if it was one call with one person who could do all the required info collecting, processing of info etc., as i feel the whole process breaks down with too many cooks so to speak”
