This was the first time that we have submitted an insurance claim for a vehicle. The service provided by both the out of hours first notification contact (Molly) the claims handler at Somerset Bridge (Karen) to be first class. All of my questions and options all answered politely, quickly and precisley.

I phoned after the accident on Sunday and the assistance wasnt great little information given by first assisatant. 2nd assistant I spoke to on Sunday told me to ring Monday at 9. The caller on Monday at 9am was very good was very clear with what would be happening going forward.

In all honesty I’ve not been overly satisfied with the service I’ve been receiving after having to make a no fault claim. However I most recently had dealings with Tom and he went above and beyond for me, I genuinely felt like he cared and wanted to help and I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with my claim.

Very confusing made to feel guilty even though I was innocent party customer service lady was polite but not very good experience

With regards to the date I would like to inform whoever it may concern the date of incident was the 21st of August at 12.25am and not the 10th of June where that date came from is a mystery to me but apart from that I'm happy with the way I've been dealt with
