The service provided by both the out of hours first notification contact (Molly) the claims handler at Somerset Bridge (Karen) to be first class. “I phoned after the accident on Sunday and the assistance wasnt great little information given by first assisatant. 2nd assistant I spoke to on Sunday told me to ring Monday at 9. The caller on Monday at 9am was very good was very clear with what would be happening going forward.”
