“Dear GoSkippy Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience reporting a car accident. When I first called to report the incident, the initial representative I spoke with was cold and abrupt. After being transferred, the second individual I encountered was similarly dismissive and showed a lack of compassion and more of an urgency to pass me on. However, the situation improved significantly once I spoke with Helen. She was professional, kind, and showed genuine care. She guided me through the claims process efficiently, making the experience much easier and less traumatic. I would like to commend Helen for her excellent service and suggest that her approach be used as a standard for your customer service team.”
