“The Cuba Alto Serra Especial Coffee coffee was purchased as a gift. And was received in a good condition and enjoyed very much by the receiver. The coffee was ground from the beans well and packaged nicely.”

“It hasnt worked in the past so despite the fact I like your coffee not much point in promoting an very vacuous sales ploy .Despite assurances that you would rectify it to the best of my knowledge it didnt happen. A little less sale waffle and a bit more attention to your loyal customers. I came to you because I stayed with a very dear friend Mrs Paul Miller 07976 NJ and was impressed with the coffee she had.”

“The quality is great, of course, and it's shipped quickly, and the fact that I order from overseas doesn't force me to use a courier and the shipping costs are kept low, which is one of the reasons I have been ordering for many years.”
