“Indeed, for all the coffees I ordered since I discovered this company in 2019, the service was at the highest standard e.g. packaging, quick delivery, and the coffee beans' quality always was excellent.”

“I am always impressed by the service I get from H.R. Higgins and the superb quality of the coffee beans. I have been a customer for over 40 happy years. The selection of coffees is very comprehensive and I have enjoyed all the various single varieties and blends. My order is always on time and the packaging keeps the coffee totally fresh all the way up to opening the packet. I have only once had to ring Customer Services when I forgot to add gift card message to my on-line order and they answered promptly and sorted my query immediately.”

“A big fan. Stumbled across them when I was in London my last time. Fell in love with their flavour profiles and simply can’t find anyone to match them on price and value from across the world. My favorite remains the Kenya Estate and Columbia Supreme. Simply the best coffee for those that like filtered simple coffee.”

“The best coffee, chosen and ground with care. Our taste is for the Brazilian Bourbon dark a unique strong taste without the bitterness. Online ordering is so easy and delivery prompt though you can’t get to try a new coffee in the café so we always pop in if we can!”

“Usual excellent coffee & tea. However I’ve had a delivery problem, with one packet of coffee missing from a damaged package. I have contacted Higgins and heard nothing back. Untypical poor customer service, this time.”

“Telephone enquiry dealt with most efficiently. My usual coffee is not available at the moment but I was directed to something complementary which has proved most satisfactory. As usual, the order was despatched promptly and well packed. A reliable courier was used with regular updates on the delivery's progress. So faultless and friendly service!”
