“I Used to order frequently pre-pandemic but the Pandemic hit theBrazilian coffee trade hard and long story short I wasn't able to get the coffee I loved the AA Chaga one. I ordered a pack of the Tanzanian Kibo Chagga. It was really good arrived quickly too.”

“Phenomenal quality and great customer service. I put in two orders over Christmas and they picked up that the second one could be shipped at the same time. They refunded the shipping on the second and sent the package containing both orders. The Tea and coffee they sell are second to none. Very happy with the quality of the products.”

Good Morning Brian, Your order was received on Friday 1st December and despatched on Monday 4th December with DPD. As stated on our website, if Customers have not received their order within 7 working days, we ask them to contact our customer services department, where of course an investigation would be raised with DPD. We will contact you today, to discuss a refund or a replacement.
