“Easy to use web site, which is always a plus! My Autumn Tea is wonderfully fragrant, and any left in the pot is used to soak the fruit for my Christmas cakes; so no waste at all. Brilliant service, and you sound like a very merry bunch - thank you!”

“We like the clear refreshing taste of breakfast blend tea and the smoothness of Vienna blend coffee. My parents always ordered from Higgins and I’m so glad I thought of doing it myself in lockdown. The service is excellent and we shall keep on ordering. Higgins tea and coffee has made very welcome presents during lockdown too.”

“The coffee is stellar (I've been hooked on Malabar Monsooned for ages). Coming to the shop with its extremely nice and knowledgeable staff is more pleasant than online shopping but the latter works as well!”

“Quite apart from the superb coffee, I am constantly impressed by the efficiency of your mail order system- even in the middle of the current crisis and and the unavoidably erratic postal service that has resulted, my Higgins' orders still seem to arrive within 24 hours or less of ordering! I'm testing it again today and don't have any worries it will arrive in time to supplement my now almost non-existent stocks! Meanwhile we're particularly loving the Creole blend which is the only coffee I know that's really able to stand up to our very strong - and quite bitter - home-made Seville orange marmalade! Any chance ever of a good Mocha/Mysore blend - you used to do a wonderful one way back but I've not seen it for years? Nicholas Usherwood (a customer -with gaps! since 1970!)”

“Was the coffee Colombia Pacamara Las Margaritas good ? I don’t know... Expensive ground coffe was too fine for filter coffe, stuck in the filter and I couldn’t try it. Smells good. But I do not lose heart, and bought a coffee grinder. In general, I am happy because this is my usual state..Coffee filters defenetly good and are not expensive. Good luck everyone”
