“Terrific online service, the coffee arrives very quickly. And when it does, it's wonderful! Opening a new bag of Higgins' coffee is one of life's joys! The smell is wonderful and it's always a great cup of coffee. One of my favourite shops in London.”

“Working through all the varieties of coffee available from H.R. Higgins has been our one little treat at home in all these months of change and chaos during the pandemic. “As ever the best coffee. Went for a kilo of the Brazil Dark and Light roast so that I can have a taste comparison. Both are delicious. Both give a delightful start to the day. Asked for a delay in delivery and this worked perfectly. Many thanks to you all .”

“My father started having coffee from you in the early Seventies and I took up the baton when he died (in the Eighties). I had a break for some years but recently started ordering again from you and have been as pleased as ever. The Brazil Santos is still my favourite coffee although I did try the taster pack, just to see, when ordering again for the first time a couple of months ago. Excellent service too. I used to order via phone but the website is very good and easy for a technophobe to use.”

“To be honest it all went into freezer as I had just been given 250g of a ground coffee from Peru. Your records will tell you my orders are annual. Only comment is that I have been disappointed by cut-back of very dark roasts. Alasdair”
