“I purchased a bundle 3 pairs of socks for £49.95, on your price list. 3 pairs bought singly cost £47.85. For some reason +VAT is NOT shown in your website advert!. Unusual! However VAT is added to the final bill which includes a delivery charge of £4.95. The socks were wrapped in two cheap plastic bags cellotaped together and no paperwork/invoice except for an Offer Card and packer name card. I am pleased with the socks and was intending purchasing several pairs more for my family. However, if this is the way you conduct your business I will look elsewhere. John Richards.
