“I purchased a bundle 3 pairs of socks for £49.95, on your price list. 3 pairs bought singly cost £47.85. For some reason +VAT is NOT shown in your website advert!. Unusual! However VAT is added to the final bill which includes a delivery charge of £4.95. The socks were wrapped in two cheap plastic bags cellotaped together and no paperwork/invoice except for an Offer Card and packer name card. I am pleased with the socks and was intending purchasing several pairs more for my family. However, if this is the way you conduct your business I will look elsewhere. John Richards. Further to our conversation last week via email, I ask you to kindly remove your review. The socks you purchased were from Amazon, and weren't House of Cheviot products or sold by us.
We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience but we aren't at fault. I suggest you contact Amazon directly, or talk to the manufacturer.

Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed on the 24th and dispatched on the 25th November. Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes however I'm sure the socks will be delivered soon. If you don't receive your order by Monday 5th December please let us know and we'll send replacement socks.
