You selected standard UK delivery at checkout but we did provide a Royal Mail tracking number - have you tracked the package? According to their website the package arrived at your local sorting office yesterday and was due for delivery.

Firstly, we dispatched your order on 5th January at 3:23pm by Royal Mail Signed For (even though standard delivery was selected and paid for, we are aware Royal Mail are still experiencing backlogs due to industrial action and wanted to ensure delivery was made as quickly as possible). Please check your spam/junk folders as the email might be in there and includes the relevant tracking information.
There was a large banner on the top of our website stating we were closed from 21st December – 4th January and orders received would be dealt with and dispatched when we reopened on the 5th.
Unfortunately our automated review emails don’t take Royal Mail delays into account and are sent a few days after we send the dispatch emails. Hopefully Royal Mail deliver the item to you in the next day or so however timescale is out with our control.
