We take great pride in our socks; they are made with love and care in our workshop in Scotland, passing through 12 pairs of skilled hands before dispatch, which is reflected in the price of the socks. We don't fling our products into a bag - we ensure they're carefully wrapped in tissue paper and posted in a biodegradable branded mailing bag. Please use the tracking number provided on the dispatch email. As you know Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes. Please keep us updated.

“The right colour socks were delivered within a week from ordering - all positive. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were the wrong size - i ordered X Large, and Large were delivered. Am still awaiting instructions regarding returns...”

We received the voicemail from Wendy on Friday 4th November and called back later in the afternoon. No one answered so we left a voicemail asking you to call us back or email us. We didn't hear back from you therefore assumed you were using the returns form to send the goods back to us. We will try emailing you today to arrange collection of the item.
