Kristopher, We received your order at 12:12am on 21st September, and dispatched it at 1:45pm the same day using Royal Mail International Tracked service. An email was sent to you with tracking information, perhaps it is in your spam/junk folder? Please check and let us know if you have this email. We have tracked your order and it is now with USPS. I have not had my product yet. More importantly I don't have a delivery date.

Good morning Andrew, Thank you for your order. Your order was placed on 14th February and dispatched by Royal Mail on 15th. You selected standard UK delivery at checkout but we did provide a Royal Mail tracking number - have you tracked the package? According to their website the package arrived at your local sorting office yesterday and was due for delivery. We would appreciate if you contact us directly if you have concerns or issues. I haven’t had the socks so how can I review them!!!

Good morning, Thank you for your order and review. Firstly, we dispatched your order on 5th January at 3:23pm by Royal Mail Signed For (even though standard delivery was selected and paid for, we are aware Royal Mail are still experiencing backlogs due to industrial action and wanted to ensure delivery was made as quickly as possible). Please check your spam/junk folders as the email might be in there and includes the relevant tracking information. There was a large banner on the top of our website stating we were closed from 21st December – 4th January and orders received would be dealt with and dispatched when we reopened on the 5th. Unfortunately our automated review emails don’t take Royal Mail delays into account and are sent a few days after we send the dispatch emails. Hopefully Royal Mail deliver the item to you in the next day or so however timescale is out with our control. Please contact us directly if you have a query or would like further assistance. I’ve not received my order as yet and my Royal Mail tracking number that I was emailed is not recognised.

Good Morning, Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed on the 11th December and dispatched on the 12th December by Royal Mail Signed For (as we don't work Sat & Sun). Please use the tracking number provided on the dispatch email. As you know Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes and won't update the tracking information until delivery has been attempted. Please keep us updated. Hi Dean, Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed on the 10th December and dispatched on the 12th December as we are closed Satuarday & Sunday. As you know Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes. We have 2 delivery options on our website (£3.95 standard first class delivery & £7.50 tracked courier delivery). You selected the £3.95 delivery therefore we sent your items by first class post. We're a small business and like everyone else are feeling the effects of rising costs - we cannot afford to send by courier unless that option is specified and paid for. We cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail but will send replacements to you if the socks don't arrive by 20th December. Kind Regards, House of Cheviot Team

Hi Stella. With reference to our email communications, I'm glad you have now received the product and are happy with it. As explained, we were closed for holiday during the time of your order and there was a notice banner on the website. We shipped the order as soon as we returned to work but due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes there was a slight delay with delivery. Thank you for your custom. Best wishes, House of Cheviot.

I have had no email to let me know if you received my order and nothing to tell me if its on its way yet. I need the socks soon so I'm getting a little concerned.
