The delivery was very prompt. I haven't inspected my purchase of socks, as it was so beautifully wrapped, I didn't want to undo it. They are for a birthday present!

Good morning Andrew, Thank you for your order. Your order was placed on 14th February and dispatched by Royal Mail on 15th. You selected standard UK delivery at checkout but we did provide a Royal Mail tracking number - have you tracked the package? According to their website the package arrived at your local sorting office yesterday and was due for delivery. We would appreciate if you contact us directly if you have concerns or issues. Beautiful socks and very well priced for being made in Scotland. Made in the UK is important to me. Very fast dispatch and nicely packed with little note of who had packed the item. Top class.

A frequent customer of House of Cheviot - over many, many years - they again met every expectation. The hose arrived in perfect nic'. Communication throughout dispatch was brilliant and the colours are smashin'. Of course, I'll be back for another pair.

Good morning, Thank you for your order and review. Firstly, we dispatched your order on 5th January at 3:23pm by Royal Mail Signed For (even though standard delivery was selected and paid for, we are aware Royal Mail are still experiencing backlogs due to industrial action and wanted to ensure delivery was made as quickly as possible). Please check your spam/junk folders as the email might be in there and includes the relevant tracking information. There was a large banner on the top of our website stating we were closed from 21st December – 4th January and orders received would be dealt with and dispatched when we reopened on the 5th. Unfortunately our automated review emails don’t take Royal Mail delays into account and are sent a few days after we send the dispatch emails. Hopefully Royal Mail deliver the item to you in the next day or so however timescale is out with our control. Please contact us directly if you have a query or would like further assistance. Hi Dean, Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed on the 10th December and dispatched on the 12th December as we are closed Satuarday & Sunday. As you know Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes. We have 2 delivery options on our website (£3.95 standard first class delivery & £7.50 tracked courier delivery). You selected the £3.95 delivery therefore we sent your items by first class post. We're a small business and like everyone else are feeling the effects of rising costs - we cannot afford to send by courier unless that option is specified and paid for. We cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail but will send replacements to you if the socks don't arrive by 20th December. Kind Regards, House of Cheviot Team

Hi Jenni, Thank you for your order, review and email (which we have replied to). Your order was placed on the 25th and dispatched on the 28th November. Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes however I'm sure the socks will be delivered soon. Unfortunately it is out with our control.
