“Numbers arrived very promptly and are of good quality Ordered numbers 1 and 9 think they should be indvually priced as think the one 1 was expensive for what it is just a straight line”

“Whilst the product is ok, it is debatable, if these numbers are worth the money being charged. Saw similar today at Homebase, for £10 each number, and they appeared to be the same, or similar quality. Pleased with the item, but expensive for what is offered?”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your review, I hope I can reassure you on the quality of the item you have purchased. I can almost guarantee that the item in homebase for only £10 will not be made from 304 grade stainless steel with an architectural grade powder coating with a perfect match to RAL 7016. While the item you saw may on surface level look almost the same, the durability of the items you have purchased from us will likely be far longer. The original prototype numbers made by us 20 years ago still look perfect in external coastal harsh conditions, on a south facing wall exposed to coastal salt erosion, and we expect the life of the items to go even longer than this. I hope this helps to reassure that the spend will be worth it when you have perfect items on the wall in many years to come. “Good and efficient service but my number one looks more like a seven and I couldn’t tell that when I ordered. Beautifully Packaged and good instructions though.”

The third image in our product gallery shows you how the number 1 looks so it is possible to have viewed this before you checked out. “Nice product, reasonably priced and very quick delivery (order wasn’t personalised). Only downside is we didn’t get “fixings” only 2 screws provided at the back of the No.”

Dear Joanna, Thank you for writing us a review. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with your new house number. I just wanted to clarify that with any number with a wood fixing system, there are no other fixings required other than the 2 threaded weld studs on the back of the numbers, so there wouldn't have been anything missing from your parcel, as no additional parts are required.

“Had to follow up the purchase with the company as order took longer to be delivered than company quoted and company hadn’t informed me. Company apologised for not updating on status of order however, after which product did arrive as stated, safely”

“Good product. But more description is needed about the technical aspect of mounting in a wall. For a start the wall plugs you provided were too thin, the pins on the product sim[ply would not have gone in. I had to use a wider plug. And there were other technical tips you could have given.”

The wall plugs we provide are designed to be narrow in order for the brass pins to grip inside them without the need of using any adhesive. “The sign looks great and shows up well. So very pleased with the finished effect, However, the drilling/fitting template was a real problem. Unfortunately I assumed that it would be accurate. It wasn't, but I didn't find out until after I'd used it. The horizontal spacing was over 1cm too narrow so had to take corrective action. I did recheck the template measurement to make sure I hadn't got it wrong, but confirmed the template error.”

“Bought self adhesive numbers. Great quality. Our door number being 28, could have done with extra sticky tabs on the 2 digit. Would definitely buy again.”

“The numbers are of a lovely quality but the fixing kit needs work. You need to get the fixing points millimetre accurate or the numbers will not be straight. In a real world environment this is not what you need. There must be a much better fixing bracket than the option currently used. Having followed the instructions the numbers are still not secure, I know you can glue them in place but I would have to take the risk of removing them and possibly damages the numbers.”
