“The product is of good quality and looks great on our new house. We had to wait quite a long time for it to be delivered but it was worth the wait. The service was good and the response to our particular queries was helpful and efficient. A small administrative issue - the delivery address was correct but the addressee was Elinor Duckmanton, who is my daughter! I don't know how this happened but I think it must be through using FedEx as couriers and somehow my daughter's name has come through that route?”

“Great products, communication and service. They were fine about a product being returned (because it didn't look right on the wall) probably after a month.
