I bought a SS lit sign just 2 years ago. Looks beautiful and very well made! But the LED loom has packed up already! Very disappointed. Rang Housenumbers and they were very polite, understanding and courteous. But I had to pay for the new LED setup as the warranty is only 12 moths. The bad surprise when the LED set up arrived was that I had to assemble it myself. It looks time consuming and not client friendly to setup. So all in all, nice SS product but very unfortunate about the LED packing up just 2 years later and the hasle to replace and install.

Thank you for your review, a few things that we wish to address with our reply here for potential customers reading this negative review. The sign that you originally purchased was 3 years old not 2, and indeed out of warranty. The average life span of our LEDs is 5-7 years, comparable to most LED products on the market, and although of course we appreciate that 3 years is shorter than expected, as with any 'light bulb' type product, sometimes they do fail sooner than others. We like to advise customers to think of it like putting 6 new spotlights into a kitchen ceiling, often you have to replace one before the rest. As part of our sustainability promise we offer a replacement LED service, the product this customer purchased was a 'change your LED lights at home kit', and the process was explained prior to sending that you would need to remove the sign from the wall to add the new lights on the back. While we appreciate this is a fiddly process, the cost of new LED lights (£18) is far lower than replacing a whole sign. We consider this a unique selling point of our signs compared to our competitors - if the LED lights fail you won't need to replace the whole sign, just the LED lights for low cost with a little time and effort. We are sorry that you found this process particularly difficult, and as our instruction sheets say we are always on hand to support over the phone or email with any part of the installation process.

Sadly didn’t receive as the last digit of postcode was incorrect (my fault). I didn’t realise it wouldn’t be tracked so no idea where it ended up. The rest of the address was good, so not sure how Royal Mail couldn’t work it out. Postmen here are knowledgeable. Please check your address/postcode, seems obvious but on an iPhone (a middle class woman of a certain age) I thought I’d put in the last digit correctly! I could buy another one and if the first one appears get my money back. Not sure I want to pay nearly £60 for a number 1.

Looks like an I rather than a 1 and there’s absolutely no means to fix it to wood as suggested. Something might have been left out of the order which could be used to attach it, however as is, totally useless and in-usable.

Ordered a stainless steel self-adhesive number. It arrived quickly and looked great. I followed the instructions for preparing the surface and supporting the number, but it still fell off within 3 days.

Thank you for your honest feedback which we appreciate and consider very valuable for helping both yourself and future customers. We have had an issue with the installation tape in very cold temperatures or damp conditions, and we have amended our fixing instructions to reflect this, advising future customers to await optimum conditions for installation. The test number that was installed on our premises is literally impossible to remove and has been up for over 10 years now. We do apologise for any inconvenience called and our team will be in touch directly to arrange a refund or a replacement for you.

Marine grade number great but the fixing sheared when knocking into raw plug provided.

Thank you for your honest review of our products and service. I am sorry to hear you had some difficulty with the fixing system, very few pins shear off and I am very sorry for the inconvenience. In the rare instance of a broken pin our customer service team would have been happy to help send a replacement free of charge on a next day delivery.
