Paid more than I was supposed to as the out of stock item cost more. Couldn’t be bothered to ask for cash back as everything was so painful and just wanted to be done with it. It seems that there’s stuff advertised that isn’t in stock… it lures you in. I wouldn’t buy from this place again”

sorry I dont understand this review. The vision reels vinyl as you know are extremely rare. We supplied one and you said you would pay for the shipping when the second one arrived which it has done, we are ready to ship..you were satisfied with how we handled it so this review is a little disappointing.

I was a bit unsure of my purchase as I had never used Horizon before, but I was surprised at the quality of the service. I received my item quite quickly and was emailed throughout the process.
