“Alex was amazing with identifying all of the issues with my property, even those which can’t be found easily. As well as this, he offered solid advice on getting the issues resolved. The report was sent quickly and the fee is 100% worth the service provided.”

“Alex was very thorough going through our property and provided a comprehensive list of snags. He explained how snags relate to NHBC guidance and what is related to good standard of work. It was really nice an informative talking to Alex. The detail provided in the report is great and we can tick the snags off as we get them addressed. Communication with the office (Naomi) via chat was great. I got in touch and got a survey organised for next day. Naomi provided support and information throughout. I’d really recommend everyone to get a HomeSnag survey, it’s really worth it!”

“Anthony was very thorough when undertaking our new build snagging survey and identified a good number of areas that required remedy. We are pleased to confirm that as a result of Anthony’s survey, our developer is fixing all snags found with urgency. I wouldn’t hesitate using HomeSnag again in the future. You have peace of mind that you have a qualified RICHS accredited surveyor inspecting your property and so they look beyond just the NHBC guidelines.”

“Grateful for the attentive and professional service provided throughout, from the point of my initial enquiry right through to the Pre-completion Snagging Survey conducted on the house by Harrison, AssocRICS MRPSA. As someone who knows very little about what to look for in terms of potential concerns with a new build home, it was very reassuring to be able to rely on the expertise of a company that uses experienced surveyors to inspect on your behalf, with the added assurance that a further inspection can be arranged at a later date to ensure compliance with the NHBC standards with respect to any remedial works found to be needed. To my mind, well worth the cost/investment. The report I received appeared to be very thorough and picked up a number of issues I would otherwise have remained blind to. Several of more pressing concern. An impressive and reliable service and team. Thank you.”

“The Administration staff were excellent in advising of the pros and cons of each type of snagging service operated by them. This company is the only Rics approved organisation which offer snagging. The surveyor who visited was very thorough and personable. I would highly recommend. Was willing to help with technical queries once the report was published. The developer was pleased with the report as each issue was cross referenced to the building regulations.”

“The booking process was extremely easy and I was informed the day before what time my snagger would come. “We decided to use Homesnag due to their excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. Brilliant in-depth service offered, we are really pleased with how thorough the report is and how many obscure issues were found. Daniel was friendly and was in and out in under 3 hours.
