“Came recommended to us from our daughter from when she moved in to her new home and were as good as she said they would be. Lee arrived on time explained the whole process and carried out the survey, he was polite knowledgeable and professional. The survey report arrived as promised that evening. Total pleasure would recommend to anyone moving into a new build.”

“Daniel B from HomeSnag did a precompletion inspection for us and the report he sent was extremely detailed. His attention to detail is astounding. “Marius was very thorough, concentrated mainly on the more important issues of the house but also included examples of decoration variations. He let me know the time he was coming and was very punctual. He was very professional,and polite and explained to me the process. I received the reports the following day and everthing was self explanatory. Should I need a snagging report in the future I would use HomeSnag again.”

“Very professional and thorough. Got my report within a day with nearly 100 snags identified on what was already a decent quality build. Most of the snags were for items that I wouldn’t even know to check. Well worth it for a new build! Think of it like a ‘survey’ for a new property.”

“Marius came to our property and carried out a full snagging. He was absolutely amazing and picked up on things we hadn’t even noticed! The report we were given afterwards concluding all of our snags was very well laid out, easy to read and great that we were able to just send it straight to the site manager. Would highly recommend Marius and the whole team at HomeSnag!!”

“Daniel was thorough, friendly and professional and took the time to answer questions that we had. He pointed out numerous things that we would not have noticed ourselves and clearly showed in the report which things were more important. Overall, it was a good investment as the builders are now taking care of the issues. I would recommend HomeSnag to anyone getting a newbuild.”
