“Outstanding-we have no hesitation in recommending RICS Accredited HomeSnag.The level of expertise shone through during the thorough house inspection and first class working report provided. Alex was outstanding , finding faults and rout causes we had no idea about, some of which would have caused real problems if left undetected and was spot on with his diagnosis .The photographic evidence provided in the report is invaluable along with the references to NHBC standards to support the findings.Can not thank you enough for the help and support this has provided.”

“Plenty of contact when I first asked for details about how a survey would be broken down. Closest booking was 2 weeks away, so plan ahead slightly. Great booking system with added extras. An email 2 days before, and then a text from my snagger the day before. Lee was very professional and prompt, talked me through the process, answered all my questions and explained the colour coding system on the report. Highlighted all the things I missed and was happy to explain what was wrong with each thing and put it into simple terms. The report was laid out by room which made life easier to follow along, jobs were aligned to each trade group so I know I'm getting the right individual for the job. Explained what the issues was, with a highlighted photo and stated what the tolerances were according to NHBC. So no room for the developer to blag me. Report received within 12hrs, along with a text confirming payment and a link to a survey. Will definitely reuse if I need a survey in future. Let's just hope the builders pick up on all the things that need to be addressed.”

“I decided to use Homesnag for my new build and I couldn't be happier with their service. From initial booking to George turning up, everything was a simple and smooth process. The snagging took a few hours which included me asking questions along the way and gave me a lot of confidence of George's knowledge. The report came through later that day with plenty of detail and pictures. It took all the stress of having to provide the initial 7 day snag report when it was the last thing I wanted to do after moving in plus I would have missed 70% due to lack of knowledge. I'm so glad I chose Homesnag as they seem to be the best in the business.”

“We had a great experience with HomeSnag. It was easy to check availability online and book in relatively short notice which was a great start. Billy, who conducted our survey, was friendly, clearly incredibly knowledgeable, on time, and ultimately produced a really comprehensive but easy-to-grasp report, with multiple formats that will make life a lot easier for us. We’d never have known a fraction of what Billy managed to identify with an expert eye, and feel confident that we can now share a detailed snagging list with our developer. Highly recommended and worth every penny!”

“Daniel was so helpful. He spent 4 hours in my new home (which had no furniture or a kettle for him to use!) working through each room to identify snags that I wouldn’t have seen but some of which have big implications to the house. He walked me round to give an overview and was definitely understanding when the 150 snags blew my mind slightly. Really personable and professional. Thank you very much!”

“We were very impressed with Homesnag’s efficient service from start to finish.I would recommend anyone buying a new house or coming up to the end of its warranty having a report done. Our house is a good quality build but, even so snags were identified that we would never have noticed. The communication with Homesnag was very good and punctual.”

“Nice and easy! Everything, from start to finish was simple and easy. Booking was simple, The chap from Homesnag messaged me the day before to confirm everything, was Punctual (early if anything), friendly, and absolutely knew his stuff. I had walked around and found maybe 10 or so issues.... Lee found 180! Report provided was clear and concise with relevant guidance attached - the developer jumped on it straight away and are working their way through the list.... Could not recommend HomeSnag more!”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from HomeSnag. The team were quite busy so do look ahead at the Calendar if you need a date soon, but Adam our surveyor was very professional and we received the report really quickly. Adam spotted loads of things we wouldn't have thought to check, and the report will be really useful for going back to our developers.”

When you buy a newbuild home its important to know its been built to a high standard and this has reassured us everything is safe and as it should be. “Lee was prompt, careful and thorough. His report came through the same day. He found many major snags that I would not have discovered. The Site Manager agreed with all the "snags" in the report. Money extremely well spent.”
