“The beautiful bouquet was delivered on the requested day. Communication was excellent when I had a small query and it was soon dealt with by Laura. I would definitely recommend Homeland Florists to anyone who wants to surprise someone with flowers.”

“I've revised this review on the strength of excellent communication with the seller who has confirmed that my purchase was delivered to the recipient at 12: 20pm yesterday (my Mum's 94th birthday) as requested. Very happy with the service provided, thank you, and the ease of the online transaction. COMMENT: I haven't actually seen the flowers delivered but if they were as good as I would expect I would uprate this review to 5 star.”

“I have used homeland on a number of occasions and have never had a problem. This time not quite the same. A couple of the flower heads were broken and a number of the fern pieces had broken fronds. The flower quality didn’t match up to normal. The greeting card was not written as well as normal with some of the words were squashed together. I will of course continue to use homeland for my flower deliveries but hope this feedback is helpful.”

“Ordered the Homeland special bouquet for Valentines day and although it is beautiful and my girlfriend loves it, I am a little disappointed it doesn't have the hearts in as it shows in the photo and looks smaller.”

“Flowers are beautiful well presented, very disappointing to find them sitting on the doorstep in the pouring rain, box was so wet top had sunk in onto the flowers. Door was not knocked nor doorbell rung. Wife was working and baking in kitchen most of the day a neighbour knocked to say we had two wet boxes on the doorstep.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to Newbury for my friends birthday unfortunately they didn't arrive due to an error with your delivery company. You quickly turned what was a bad situation in to a good one, by resending the original bouquet and also sending an additional one to my friend and myself. I will defiantly use your service again and would not hesitate to recommend you. I know I have only given you four stars but that due to the initial error, although your company deserves five stars due to the way they handled the unfortunate hiccup. Regards Steve Tully”

“My friend was very pleased with her Autumn basket...however, she did tell me that there were some broken off flowers (roses). This was probably down to the courier I would imagine?”

“Beautiful basket of flowers just arrived, but it all was soaking wet and five heads of flowers had broken off. But I would use these people again because it's so lovely maybe a one off in delivery”

“I could have given less only due to unclear confirmation emails ie no delivery date appear, the date calendar to choose from is very small, the text delivery confirmation don't say where it is being delivered. It gave me the impression it would be delivered to me. However the great service from Laura and the other branch who deal with online orders have been very helpful and quick to respond. The flowers do look lovely from the picture sent to show me. Hope I will order from you again.”
