I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to Newbury for my friends birthday unfortunately they didn't arrive due to an error with your delivery company. You quickly turned what was a bad situation in to a good one, by resending the original bouquet and also sending an additional one to my friend and myself. I will defiantly use your service again and would not hesitate to recommend you.
