Ordered on line from photo received flowers look complete different

My husband bought me flowers for my B.H. They are beautiful, but 8 flowers arrive broken, please handle with more care, 2 or 3 it is aceptable, but 8... Almost half of it.

Oh my gosh, 8! This is totally unacceptable, we would love to put this right. Please can you contact us directly by phone on 01604 712240 ext 2 and ask for Louie or Laura, failing this if you can send an email to store@homelandflorists.co.uk with you contact details we will call you and put this right. We just need a few more details such as where the order was placed which courier seems to have not handled the box with care and when you would like a fresh bouquet delivering. Once again huge apologies. Laura

Lovely flowers delivered, speedy service. Process of purchasing through the website could be improved, when reviewing order before payment the page doesn't show the recipient or delivery address or with final confirmation email.

Received a Christmas bouquet today 29th November, assumed it was from my son as nothing on the card Ok flowers, but late in the day !! Have attempted to contact them by Email but the address is not recognised

I have used Homeland florists in Northampton for several years for Christmas and special occasion celebrations. Their telephone manner and the service provided have always been first class. I have received photos of the flowers after they have been delivered and they are always excellent. I am very happy to recommend them. Sue Bell

The flowers were, as always, lovely. But the occasion was spoilt as the flowers were left at a leisure park in a shed next to reception. I had a text from DPD saying they had left it with my neighbour, in their shed. I had to drive down there and collect it myself, after telling my wife to wait in for a surprise delivery. cannot fault the flowers, but DPD completely spoilt it. delivery would have been on time if it had been delivered to me.

Bit dissapointing. I live in Lincolnshire now and ordered flowers for my daughter's 50th birthday. Flowers ok but being a retired florist myself the presentation of them was lacking any thing special. Looked liked a supermarket bouquet. Not in water, no box ordinary for the cost. On top of that I specifically rang them back to ask for a pm delivery as she works in a school was told that would be ok and done but they delivered at 10.15 am approx good thing my son in law was in at the time to take them in. Forgot to ask her if the gerbera's were wired so they don't flop in a few days. Would I use again ? No don't think so. Only good thing about it is she liked them.

I received a bouquet together with a blank card - it should have read 'Happy Mother's Day' but I was left to work out who had sent it. I felt sorry for my daughter who had ordered the flowers and requested that a message be included.

I order a single rose bouquet for my husband to be delivered on Valentines Day as a thank you for caring for me when the rose bouquet arrived all was lovely except for the rose which looked as though it was dying I was extremely upset and sent an email then decided to phone Homeland. Laura who I deal with asked me to send a photo which I did then called me back to apologise and said she would rectify it by sending a further bouquet and a couple of surprises these duly arrived the next day which included a box of chocolates and a balloon and three roses among the greenery and gypsophela I must say the customer service is first class well done. Thank you Laura
