I could have given less only due to unclear confirmation emails ie no delivery date appear, the date calendar to choose from is very small, the text delivery confirmation don't say where it is being delivered. It gave me the impression it would be delivered to me. However the great service from Laura and the other branch who deal with online orders have been very helpful and quick to respond.
The flowers do look lovely from the picture sent to show me. Hope I will order from you again.
