Not what I ordered. Supposed to be orange red yellow bouquet £44. These were more green and white and not worth what I paid for! I would like a refund or to resend what I ordered . Also, should have been tied with a ribbon and not some cheap string. Update: I received a telephone call from Homeland Florists the following day and they apologised and sent a new bunch of beautiful flowers to match what I originally ordered.

My friend sent me this bouquet to cheer me up after loosing my sister.They came and were beautiful.I cannot understand after a day the roses died let alone a few of the other flowers died afterwards.I don't like to upset my friend as she is disabled.

I decided to revise this review as constructive criticism instead of negative feedback. Pros of this company: they had flowers available for mother's day when most other companies didn't. one of their customer service agents did their best to call florists in the area to find me a replacement. Cons: - didn't send me a tracking number or let me know there was a problem with my order until I called on the day (Pls always let customers know as soon as possible where they will be a delay so they can make alternative arrangements). - first lady I spoke to told me "all the orders have been sent out" in response to me asking the whereabouts of my order, without even checking my tracking number (she later told me she was unauthorised to so i get it but pls remember you deliver flowers which are more than flowers to customers). - I spent what should've been a relaxing day frantically trying to find a replacement (again, you don't know what your flowers mean to people. pls keep customers informed where possible). to sum up, i didn't have a great experience, but I don't want to blame any one individual person. we came to the resolution of delivering the flowers the next day which may or may not be feasible (once again, you never know anyone else's situation). But thanks for trying. Btw X*, thanks for going above and beyond. I know I didn't get the outcome I wanted, but I should've believed you when you said you were trying. I guess I was disillusioned by that point. Anyway, thank you, I don't want to be the person who takes your sunshine away or makes you hate your job. you were one of the most helpful people on the phone (I hung up by accident btw and when I called back it said you were closed). and at the end of the day we're all human beings trying to make it through this world. I'm sorry for making you feel bad. I hope this makes things slightly better.

Couldn’t find any way of attaching a message with these flowers on Amazon which made them no use at all for a birthday gift. The flowers looked lovely.

Good Morning, We are pleased that you were happy with our flowers. There are a few ways to include a message with the order. When the product is in your basket, there will be a box you will have to select , which allows you to add in your message. I believe this is ' Tick for a gift' Box. If you have forgotten this, you can always email the message 'contact seller' on Amazon, and we will always add the message, providing the flowers haven't already been collected by the courier.

My mum took her hanging baskets to be refilled as she had some beautiful ones last year. Very disappointed with them this time, they lacked colour and some of the plants were quite poor and died in the first week despite being feed and watered. We always go to Homelands for funeral flowers and always been very happy.

Ordered flowers for Mothering Sunday. Received a text on Sunday afternoon to say they would be delivered on Monday with no reason for it. Spoiled the day as I live 200 miles away and was not able to be with her. Only redeeming feature was that when they arrived today she said they were beautiful. Very dissatisfied.

My sister in law sent me a beautiful bunch of tropical flowers which arrived beautifully boxed and presented, if a tad squished at the very top. They would have been brilliant but the squish bits turned out to be frost type damage and 4 days later the flowers had to be thrown out as they were black at the top and dropping their leaves and petals! Thought it was so very thoughtful of her to send them as a pick me up, I didn't have the heart to tell her they were such a disappointment! Perhaps it was my bad luck on this occasion. My mother in law was sent some on the same day (although not tropical) so may well check how she faired with hers!

I emailed the company the day after the delivery of my order to say that some of the flowers had drooped (slight revival after cutting the stems and putting them in fresh water) a beautiful green chrysanthemum had lost all its petals, but I never had any response to my email. This is the first time I had used them and will probably be the last. Such a shame as a follow up email would have been nice
