“I have done bad reviews on this site and at the time l was not getting a response for a bad display of flowers. But the company has been in contact they have turned it around and the flowers were redeliver and have come out lovely. So l can do a full 5 star but they have returned my faith back into the company. Thank you”

“I would.give no stars but you cant. Dead roses, stems with no flowers. Broken stems on what flowers there were. Not the Mothers days flowers l wanted my mother to receive. As for customer service for this company .. does not exist, emailed twice no response. Has left a very nasty feeling about this place. Got better flowers from Tesco. £35 total waste of money.”

“I received the most beautiful flowers on Saturday 14/03/26 from my awesome son Karl. When I got them out of the box, I was able to put them straight into a vase. No need to faf about or flower arrange!..😂.. They smell amazing and I move the flowers around the room to keep them out of the sun! My son made me cry but thankfully happy tears!”

“I have just received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for mothers day. My son and partner have sent theses although they are in Thailand in order to arrive today. I can honestly say this is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. I have never heard of Homeland Florists before but can honestly say I I will be using your services myself in sending your flowers to friends and family going forward. Thank you for making my mothers day really special.”

“Flawless. Sent my mum flowers for Mother's Day, to be delivered the day in advance - they were, on time, with order updates so I knew when they arrived. The bouquet was exactly what I ordered, Asiatic Lillies, her favourite flowers - understand sometimes florists have to work with what they've got an make substitutions, but this is the ONLY florist service I've used over the years where the bouquet looks exactly like the advertising picture. Flowers still in bud so they'll be beautiful for days. Totally worth the price. My mum is thrilled and I'll be using you for all future floral occasions!”

“Absolutely brilliant customer service. I unwittingly picked a delivery day when my daughter was going away for the weekend. After a call to customer service they quickly rearranged the delivery for when my daughter got back. The flowers themselves are beautiful, I opted for the deluxe bunch at £52 which might seem like a lot but they were well worth it. My daughter had to split them into 3 vases, the foliage, flowers and budding flowers were in great condition and look as though they will last a while. 11 out of 10. I will definitely use Homeland Flowers again. Thank you xx”

“Customer service excellent, prices ok. Only lost one star because DPD let them down. Recipient lives in a flat and he just left at the door without knocking. Anyone walking past could have taken them.”
