“Ordered flowers on the 10th Feb for the 13th February which was confirmed to me. I have now received a message saying they will not be delivered until the 14th which is no use to me what so ever Do not trust this company when they say the date of delivery. Very angry and unhappy”

“On the Amazon site it said "free next day delivery". In fact they did not arrive until 2 days later. Reason given by amazon was that my bank had not cleared the payment until later in the day (rubbish - I paid by credit card). Reason given by Homeland Florists that they had a 2.00 p.m. cut off point. Nowhere did they say this. I would NEVER use them again. Very unsatisfactory.”

“A HUGE thank you to all at Homeland. I ordered some tropical flowers to decorate a wedding cake. Everyone was so helpful as I needed to order extra birds of paradise flowers. The flowers were beautiful and really enhanced the cake. The bride and groom were delighted. I will certainly order from you again.”

“When ordering a floral tribute I was most specific about the colour scheme and particular flowers I wished to have. The actual tribute bore little or no resemblance to that ordered, which has left me feeling I have not paid my proper respects to the deceased. I will not use them again.”

“Couldn’t find any way of attaching a message with these flowers on Amazon which made them no use at all for a birthday gift. The flowers looked lovely.”

Good Morning, We are pleased that you were happy with our flowers. There are a few ways to include a message with the order. When the product is in your basket, there will be a box you will have to select , which allows you to add in your message. I believe this is ' Tick for a gift' Box. If you have forgotten this, you can always email the message 'contact seller' on Amazon, and we will always add the message, providing the flowers haven't already been collected by the courier.

“If you are happy then all is fine. However if you have an issue do not expect any customer service at all. I emailed twice and also wrote a follow up letter regarding my disappointment, never received so much as an acknowledgement! Finally wrote to the director Laura Hutchings whose personal mantra states "As the Company Director, I am steadfast in my commitment to maintaining the core morals of our family’s business - dedicated to ensuring that each and every customer of ours receives the best customer service experience and value" - NO RESPONSE!”

“First started sourcing plants and flowers from Homeland in 1974 and continued to until we moved to Scotland in 1987. Now with their mail order service we are again able to buy from them. They have never in all that time disappointed us. Brilliant!!!”

“Mothers day flowers,delivered perfect..well done homeland flowers,will defiantly be ordering from you again..to make it even more personal someone took the time out to personally write on the the flower card,much more personal than a printed one..the flowers are amazing and mum loved them..brilliant service and thank you..”

“Received some flowers yesterday and they were stunning. They were sent using the next day delivery service with DPD and wow, as soon as 1 piece of tape came off the box the fragrance was there, fresh and beautiful. When sending flowers myself I have used other florists but they don't compare, having received these there is no doubt in my mind I will use Homeland in the future. Excellent service thank you”

“I have used many other online florists over the years and have been disappointed with what the recipient recieved many times not good value for money. However, I decided to try Homeland as the reviews seemed very good. The service was excellent from ordering, email confirmation and delivery time. I was very impressed and the person who the flowers were for was extremely pleased. The pictures she sent me put a smile on my face so I will definitely be using Homel”

“Had made my order for some flowers The drive placed them on my door step and left them there came home to find the flowers were not there Emails was sent and all i got was well i would be surprised if they had gone missing from a royal air force base I am not out of pocket and with no flowers This is why i gave a 1 star rating”

“We got several quotes for our wedding flowers and Homeland were by far the most competitive. We were a little concerned about the quality of the flowers because of the great price but had no reason to worry because they were stunning! The personal consultant listened to exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. The arrangements were beautiful with no cut backs on the designs whatsoever. The flowers were fresh and decadent. The delivery was on time and perfect which took all the wedding stress away. There was no issues with the flowers, Homeland took care of everything for us which was a weight off our shoulders. We are both so happy we chose Homeland. Would recommend again and again to friends and family. Thank you!”
