“I received my flowers on Saturday. A friend had treated me for my birthday they looked absolutely beautiful and I was really pleased with them. However by the next morning the roses were dying and by the evening they were well and truly dead, I’ve had flowers from other friends since it was my birthday Obviously not bought from the same place and they are all doing fine roses included. It’s such a shame that my friend was trying to do something very special for me and although the other flowers are all okay, the roses are dead. I did ring the florist this afternoon to say how disappointed I was And although the girl that I spoke to said she was sorry to hear that my roses had died She didn’t seem really that bothered. Such a shame when flowers from a florist are so expensive these days you expect better quality.”

“Popped in on the off chance, selection of flowers was excellent and to top it off the very nice ladies put together a bouquet from different bunches I’d chosen without me having to ask. Fantastic customer service and of course affordable too. Thanks guys!”

“Homeland Florist have been to me exceptional, wonderfull service, beautiful flowers always, and the delivery with DPD is excellent. I ordered a bouquet for my friend as she has been ill, I ordered Monday night for them to be delivered on Wednesday the 23rd January,( today). I was sent an update on delivery and time from DPD and even the picture of it at my friends door. Myself and my partner ( who has sadly passed away) have been ordering from this family company for about 6yrs and I would never ho anywhere else. Thankyou Homeland Florist..”

“Sent this same bouquet in a few weeks to another friend who hasnt been well i done in at 1150 friday night reveived them the next day as they are so beautiful and the price is fantastic they sent me a photo where they was placed in her enclosed porched even the box is great i have recommended these to my friends as we are HCA and we use flowers a lot thank you”

“I used these for the first time recently and was so pleased absolutely beautiful i could pick the delivery as well fantastic price and the box they came in was so professional i got a discount and used it on the week of new year and got them exactly when i wanted them so many compliments as the were gifts for work that i have passed them on to friends thank you”

“I’ve used homeland a few times and always been so pleased with the service and the flowers. On the most recent occasion I entered the wrong delivery address in error for a bouquet I’d ordered for a friend suffering a bereavement. I contacted homeland and they rectified the situation so quickly even though it was through no fault of theirs. Would recommend them to anyone”

“The flower tribute they did for my mother in law Maureen was truly spectacular.so much They listened to my wishes and the basket and posy they did for me was so lovely.Other members of the family had there flowers made up there.it is such a welcoming shop with friendly staff at hand.It’s been nearly a week and they look just as perfect as when I collected them.thank you”

“My husband bought me flowers for my B.H. They are beautiful, but 8 flowers arrive broken, please handle with more care, 2 or 3 it is aceptable, but 8... Almost half of it.”

Oh my gosh, 8! This is totally unacceptable, we would love to put this right. Please can you contact us directly by phone on 01604 712240 ext 2 and ask for Louie or Laura, failing this if you can send an email to store@homelandflorists.co.uk with you contact details we will call you and put this right. We just need a few more details such as where the order was placed which courier seems to have not handled the box with care and when you would like a fresh bouquet delivering. Once again huge apologies. Laura
