“I used Homelands this Mothers Day like on many previous occasions and Mum as always was absolutely delighted with her wonderful bouquet of roses, which were delivered in timely fashion. The presentation and quality of the flowers was first class”

“Ordered flowers for Mothering Sunday. Received a text on Sunday afternoon to say they would be delivered on Monday with no reason for it. Spoiled the day as I live 200 miles away and was not able to be with her. Only redeeming feature was that when they arrived today she said they were beautiful. Very dissatisfied.”

“I ordered the tulip bouquet for my Mum and they were delivered on Mothering Sunday. They were well packaged. The flowers were fresh and plentiful as the photo below shows. I would definitely consider using Homeland again. Thank you for making my Mum's Mother's Day.”

“Due to mishap with flowers not arriving on mothers day. Homeland florists made this up to my mother with flowers and chocolates which she loved. The kindness shown was appreciated.”

“I live in Australia and thought it would be nice to send my Mother flowers for Mother's Day. Ordered online and was informed they would be delivered on 11th March. No flowers turned up. Absoluty disgusted. Thanks for spoiling Mother's Day.”

“Excellent service. Ordered a bunch of flowers of both sets of mothers on Mother's Day. Both arrived on Mothering Sunday via DPD. Was kept up to date throughout the day of delivery. Both beauitful sets of flowers arrived safely and in great shape. Thank you, wonderful service all round.”

“They've ruined Mothers Day today! I've been in tears! I rang them this afternoon after visiting my Mum expecting her to be all smiles because of the lovely bouquet I'd ordered to be delivered on the day but the only flowers there where a beautiful bouquet by Interflora Margaret Mason in Preston from my brother! Talk about the shame! I'd read their good reviews and thought I was in safe hands. What was worse was their bad attitude on the phone when I rang them. Sorry is not good enough! They actually made out I should feel sorry for them and said they were really upset too as were a lot 9f their customers and firmly put the blame on their couriers who cited snow and back log????? It's been a week without snow now so couldn't they have let Homelands know before today??? Bad bad services and no offer of compensation! They said they'd upgrade the delivery to get it to my Mum tomorrow! No thanks! Now I'm waiting for my refund Let's see if they let me down with this too! They've told me only 24 hours.”

“I found them through Amazon - was looking for flowers for my mum for Mother's day as my usually company have not been very good the last time I had ordered from them. I ordered the Lemon and cream bouquet. I made sure to contact them to advise them it was for mother's day and ask them to make sure it arrived on or before the day. I was assured it would arrive on the Saturday - the day before. Very friendly professional and courteous service from Antonia via the online chat and by email. The bouquet arrived on the Saturday as promised. My mum is absolutely thrilled. Said it was a beautiful, huge bouquet with a great choice of different flowers in shades of cream and pale lemon. Lots of chrysanthymums carnations, roses, gypsophilia, lillies and more. Arrived in a huge box and very fresh. I am absolutely delighted aswell - will definitely be buying from Homeland Florists again in the future. Can not recommend them highly enough - you will not be disappointed.”

“I've been using Homelands Florists since they opened (not sure, 40??!!) years' ago. I guess in that time they have grown their customer base and have a web site, otherwise nothing has changed, still excellent, professional service with a lovely personal touch and something for every budget. Very accommodating amd if there's a hitch they are always on hand to resolve it. Thanks.”

“Slight hiccup with the order but Laura phoned and sorted out the problem straight away, even ended up with more flowers as an apology which the wife liked. Lovely flowers, excellent customer service, will be buying again.”

“I order a single rose bouquet for my husband to be delivered on Valentines Day as a thank you for caring for me when the rose bouquet arrived all was lovely except for the rose which looked as though it was dying I was extremely upset and sent an email then decided to phone Homeland. Laura who I deal with asked me to send a photo which I did then called me back to apologise and said she would rectify it by sending a further bouquet and a couple of surprises these duly arrived the next day which included a box of chocolates and a balloon and three roses among the greenery and gypsophela I must say the customer service is first class well done. Thank you Laura”

“I would just like to say the Exotic flower bouquet purchased for a birthday gift was stunning..Beautiful flowers, excellant value for money and the packaging ensured they were perfect. “Ordered large bouquet for my Mother, on admission to care home. Have bought before so trust Homeland. Flowers were handed to courier but had email to say 'no-one to sign for so delivery be following day'-this on a Saturday when could not contact the depot-anyway-no-one to sign?-its a Care Home-staffed 24/7! In desperation rang Homeland. Laura was amazing saying she would ring me back-and she did-and had also been able to save the day by ensuring the flowers would after all be delivered to Mum that afternoon-and they were! One very happy customer and 90 year old recipient of the flowers bringing smile to everyones face. Thankyou Homeland, especially Laura and Jo too who too was amazing. Thoroughly recommend this Company”
