“Very personalised service from a small team that know everything they need to about selling flats in the Monton area. Competitively priced, always accessible, sensible advice, stayed on the case. We've used a lot of estate agents in the past - these are the best for flat sales in Monton.”

“From start to finish over 4 years! Home have been brilliant! Helpful guidance and advice, direct correct market advice about realistic achievable market prices, confidence in our property and being on ‘our side’ as the seller and helping buyers see the potential in the property we were selling. “We have just sold our property with Home Estate agents and received a fantastic service from start to finish. This is the second time we have sold with home and I would definitely use them again. All of the staff were brilliant especially Kirsty who we dealt with after a sale was agreed. She took a lot of pressure off us at a very stressful time. Highly recommended agents.”

“Use Home Stretford to sell my flat. Great local knowledge and a very professional service convinced me to use them. Their price was very reasonable too. The pictures and the floor plan that they produced was very good. I was always able to contact the agent (Steve or John) when I needed to or they called me back quickly. Viewing were arranged with 24hrs notice and communication was clear and feedback was always provided. We achieved more than the asking price. Would use again.”
