Item is exactly as presented the manual was easy to read which made the job of fixing the product easy to do. The only down sode is the product doesnt have any handles on either side to open the drawers. But other than that happy with the product. Thank you

The product is nice quality, but unfortunately it arrived without all of the correct pieces. One of the main components of wood was missing from the coffee table, so we have had to request an exchange for this.

Product quality is very bad. Easily chip off from different parts. On delivery discovered one of the part was damaged. When contacted they said it will take another 3weeks to arrange the broken piece.

Ordered my purchase on the 20th of December 2021 and only getting it today 19/3/22 so unsure why the wait was so long Disappointed in the fact that I chased the delivery date and was not contacted by Home Done Despite that the delivery driver Robert came when he said he would and was very polite and assembled the product to a fantastic standard Quality if the product is very good just disappointed in the time it took to be delivered May use them again but unsure as the delivery time is sub standard

There are Pros & Cons Pros - good quality & sturdy wardrobe at a decent price - Fitters did a good job in the installation Cons - Home Done scheduling information for the actual fitting day is too vague. We were given a 3 week time frame and then very short notice for the actual fitting date. (2 days!) The order was placed & paid for in January so they had ample time to schedule & inform Time of arrival on site was again non-specific ie: from 8am to 5pm. I suggest that at the very least customers could be told either AM or PM - the fitters have their schedule so should have some idea of when they would arrive, morning or afternoon. It would be good to know rather than be stuck in ALL day. When mentioned to them that we expected them to arrive at around 8am, my wife was met with surly abruptness & response of .." you and everyone else..." I suppose being from Eastern Europe they have a different attitude to customer service. :(

The shoe bench arrived quickly, but there was no communication to let me know that it had been sent and when it might arrive. The bench is as described, and is just the sort of thing I needed. But the wood is very lightweight, the finishing is very basic, and I am wondering if it will prove to be robust over time.

Just to say we couldn’t find any instructions leaflet for our purchase and there are some pieces broken. Still waiting to send you the picture

It looks great after fixing everything but the process was hard because the instructions could have been easier if all the pieces were numbered to make it easy to assemble. It took me the whole day to finish the job.

Hi Rachel, I'm mostly satisfied with your service, however, I find it bizarre that you sent 1 man to deliver a very heavy wardrobe and thus couldn't carry the item upstairs. I am a 77 year old woman so had to wait a week for my daughter and son in law to remove it from my living room. More concerning is one of the wardrobe doors though which has a black mark on the front, so I will be emailing photos and asking for a replacement door. Having said all that, I do love the wardrobe.

The wardrobe arrived damaged and chipped at the edges on two sides - unfortunately the outside edges which show when it’s assembled. Overall it’s sturdy but has no feet so on an uneven floor is unstable.

Good looking wardrobe delivery could of been more clear of when coming however they came back later in the day. The instructions are not very clear at all but after a while managed to figure out. Takes a while to put together

We purchased a flat pack 3 door wardrobe form Home Done.. Nowadays, most flat packs come with bolt and clamp instruction, this particular model came with screw and dowel peg construction which means that system is much weaker. It was a real nightmare to erect this wardrobe and some of the features, ie: back board and draw bottom are very flimsy. We eventually cobbled it together after five hours. Facially it looks quite good, but the construction is a nightmare. Should mention that this item is screw and dowel peg build. Sybil N3

The customer service team was great. When one wardrobe was unavailable they spent time with me on the phone and emails until we found an alternative we were happy with. The delivery team were great, friendly, gave some tips on how to unpack but looked at us like we were crazy when we mentioned that we will have to take the wardrobe up the stairs... that didn't kick off well. The company did not offer us the assembly service, which was a disaster. Me and my husband have still not managed to take all parts up the stairs by ourselves now, three days since the wardrobe arrived. The doors are simply too heavy to even lift off the floor, let alone carry somewhere at an angle. The most difficult thing is is that if you are not strong enough, forget being able to insert the door into the ledge for them to slide open as they are so incredibly heavy., tall and hard to hold still or lift. I honestly do not know what to do..... 3 days on... 6 hours of uninterrupted labour plus 1 more hour the next day and we have assembled the shelves and the carcas of the wardrobe....the doors are still laying downstairs.... I wish this: - The instructions (the images) were unclear and in some cases even wrong. I.e. it would not show all you had to do and instead showed you 10%, thinking that you can clearly figure out the rest by yourself. Even the IKEA instructions are better made. - I wish there was an assembly service or a helpline or a handyman they could offer to lift things - when an item is THAT heavy, there is no way a customer can be expected to lift it ontheir own and put it together. No way. Overall. Disappointed, angry, pulled my back muscle, scraped my fingers, have cuts on my fingers, I literally counted 12 cuts on my fingers that all bled a little! from handling the rough cut carcas of the wardrobe and getting splinters everywhere. Just cheap... don't recommend. Dont even know what to do now with it

Hardly any communication from them, wasn't told when my delivery was going to be, it just turned up without warning. The seat cushions are different to those pictured, not puffy but flat level. The delivery guys were quite impatient and didn't seem to care what they were doing, the fabric is lovely and soft though.
