“I thought my settees were getting delivered on Monday but they came on Friday, the 2 men said they could take my 2 leather chairs and my settee away for me but it would cost me 80 pounds I didn't have a choice but to pay them ,that was all the money I had, apart from that they were polite”
“I'm still awaiting my refund from an order your company couldn't facilitate. You expect people to take days off work during the week as you can't promise weekend deliveries. I won't be ordering anything with this company again and will advise others not to due to the lack of customer care.”

“I ordered an awning from Home Done on Tuesday 10th October, following a phone call to your office, who promised delivery by Sunday 15th October. Once ordered, I got an email informing me that the delivery would be made on Friday 13th, Great! I was therefore thrilled when the awning arrived on Thursday 12th October.
