“Very happy in my experince of using this website. The transaction was a smooth and easy process, I got updated frequently with the tracking of my parcel, and it was delivered exactly on the time window given. I ordered the Nyborg bedside table in gray, it was flat packed, but in alot of protective packaging. Very easy to follow the instructions, the item itself was a much better quality thank ikea, and I am so impressed with the table, I will be ordering another two shortly! Thank you for the great experince, nice to see a company that is this good.”

“Overall, very happy with delivery and Ceramic Tower Heater, however, the underside ofthe basie looked second hand. i did email the company with a picture , but to date no reply from them (two weeks on)”
“Don't buy from this company. Have to keep ringing them for a return, then eventually get a delivery time and had to pay £33.60 to return it. They said it has taken a week to recieve my return, even though it was their own carrier, who picked it up and threw iit into the back of the van. Even though it has FRAGILE all over the box. Now they are saying it has to be inspected which takes another 5 days Still no refund and I could have returned it myself cheaper. This has been ongoing since 3rd January nearly a month and still no refund. Absolute cowboys”
