“When I bought my item you didn't really say I'd got to pay delivery charge as when I payed it stated free delivery so was shocked when you asked for more, I'd say put your delivery charges on full total, shame I probably won't use you again due to this as times are hard I couldn't really afford your extra 49.99 and will advise others about this

The whole process was easy and with the national lockdown in progress, delivery was quick. Customer services was excellent and the delivery man friendly, careful and followed the social distancing. It took my husband around 6 hours on his own, only due to not having an empty room to work in. The parts were all there, and the whole manufacturing of parts were very well made. “Products was delayed but with no communication, still waiting for one of them now. Don't bother ringing, they never answer the phone and you'll just get a big hefty phone bill. They did reply when emailed pretty quick but the fact I had to email to find out anything about my product is very frustrating”
